Government: turnstiles, yes, but also fight individual interests

I read the edition of Corriere della Sera on Saturday, October 10 2009 (the article is titled 'Awards only to those who produce. Brunetta Way to Reform. This Final dismissal for absentee', signed by Mariolina Iossa), that the reform that takes the name of the minister who promoted it, as the Minister himself said

'is a more comprehensive reform, or positively, to give most of the country: more services to citizens, more schools, more health, more transparency'. And 'facts' but not to cut civil servants and to prod them to work harder and better'. Change 'the government will no longer be a hindrance for the economy of the country, but an element Hitch '. [...] No more additional payment equal to all but divided between the most deserving, or prizes for those who produce more. [...] 'Of course nobody is perfect, even the reform of public administration is perfect. The experience we have and the municipalities will do so immediately. If something is wrong, we are ready to change '.

I think, that after a period of substantial quasi-stagnation on the delicate matter of the civil service and hence the success of the public administrative machinery, good news and a good place to re-start and I think that the willingness of the Minister in this sort of 'administrative experimentalism', Brunetta maintains that occurred when the PA can be improved further and that the government is ready to make changes if something does not go for the right way, deserve to be openly praised. Dismissal for various reasons have been discussed for the public servant's time and also the article cited speaks.

On a positive impact and that the reform will not fail to express just launched it would add much to the conversation and lead very far.

One consequence of this reform could be reasonably foreseeable that appear in the establishment of a climate of 'witch hunt' against the public servant who works to protect the interests of the public administration and not those of particular political career, climate that will create mechanisms in which direction, it can be assumed, will be exercised, especially during an election year, pressure retaliation or action (including the legally bold) for advisors looking unscrupulous, in extreme cases, of media sensationalism, the rest of the time of justice are those that are and are known to those responsible for these actions often (not always find the legal loopholes) remain unpunished. Not everyone, however, know that public offices within the circumstances of which we speak actually occur. The civil servant does not serve interest but purely electoral councilor of the common good and the nation. Moreover, the PA is in significant part consists of operational staff and professionally appropriate. However, one undeniable fact: this general rule is often called into question because it found continuously over many exceptions.

Here, briefly summarized some of the questions that reveal the fear of many that the new reform measures the government is a 'virtual' and not be able to cure all the ills that affects the public sector:

- Public Administration will really be more clear or more (And equally) i 'grandchildren Monsignor's' or those of 'Mr' to occupy part of the public, the most coveted seats?

- continue to be a source of harm and injustice under the opportunists in the public administration whose professional lives to pursue their interest in lending to the exclusive game of political interests with the common good has nothing to do or that, so deleterious to public finance as mortifying capacity and honesty of those who truly works to improve public service, led by trade unions in order to procure new card?

- The PA will be truly efficient or more effective and will continue to be poorly managed by managers and general managers 'without qualities' subservient to the interests of the workshop of a political class does not live up to its responsibilities despite the law entrusts to them the powers and prerogatives ?

no longer enough to merely formal compliance with the law by those who work within the public sector. Everyone, especially, must do its part. The future of our country depends not only on installing 'turnstiles' in public places of work (you can be 'absent' in relation to his duties even while sitting in the office all the time, for that matter ...) but also by the ability of those who govern us to fight, even against their own individual interest, all forms deteriorate management 'thing' public.

Children of a Lesser God

Young people today do not make policy, no longer now, cultivate interests ephemeral and purely aesthetic, it is said.
Some reach such levels of indifference to appear insensitive to any argument, debate, an event that has somewhat to do with the need to discuss and debate, adopt and / or contribute to the adoption of political decisions.
I myself find it difficult to abstain from being critical of those who adopt passive attitudes in relation to what is happening around us all.
But I still believe that ultimately can not be attributed to the younger ones having the greatest level of guilt if the consideration enjoyed by the policy (politics 'unreachable' of the buildings but also the 'petite' small gestures of solidarity and that is expressed in the 'commitment' newspaper that everyone should always be put in place) is continually diminishing.
Think for a moment, quickly go over with the memory of what happened in our country (and in some ways but with much greater intensity continues to happen today), say, only in the last forty years, it is easy to arrive at a conclusion: the examples and positive values that can cause people to be sensitive towards the common good are not many. Too many negative role models, too many people who favor the policy only to be able to more easily pursue, perhaps with a certain aura of 'legality', personal interests.
The results of this are before the eyes of all right now, especially in a contingency so critical for our country, a difficult time that requires much more effort, honesty and ability of government to counter the economic hardship of many, the problem of work is weak, the failure of the judiciary, health and the absence or ineffectiveness of many other services.
We speak of young people in unflattering terms, but few think a lot of fans and pretended to have no concept of the effects (not all negative, all right ...) created by globalization, a phenomenon which not only erase the identity and cultural landmarks of all countries of the world imposes on each model that perverse and well known only to the profit-oriented and levels of unbridled hedonism and selfishness, the less fortunate (among them there are many young people) are always excluded from the invisible hand of capitalism and consumerism seem to have right to a good life.
E ', this, one of the overriding reasons of so many conflicts still going on.
Returning to our country: I would like to be wrong, but in general I think there are enough commitments from these parties, to offer perspective or just boys, at least, hope for a better future and about future improvements, you do not take into account Saviano denunciation of what the lesson or at the time the immense Pasolini, if you are among those who are easily discouraged. The young
depends the future of Italy and the entire planet.
If you need leaders to take due account of what, from now on.

Philosophy, politics and religion in Roberto Mangabeira Unger

few thoughts on Roberto Mangabeira Unger free, Brazilian philosopher and political scientist professor at Harvard University in Italy have been published in the book Knowledge and Politics (Princeton, 1983) and Democracy at high energy a manifesto for the left of the twenty-first century (Fazio, 2007). Over the years, Unger has developed its own original philosophical and political theory that is very complex.
One might ask what factors could be ascribed to the complexity of the doctrine ungeriana. These factors are different and I think of a different nature.
I would like to say a few words about what I think are the most important.

- In Unger's books from time to time are also found arguments that seem inspired by the work of scholars who belong in the philosophical and political currents or schools of thought very different from one another (Dewey, Gramsci, Castoriadis, the communitarians, the civic politicians, and so on);
- Unger is the author of a metaphysical theory that not only simplify rules of human behavior and the path that must be accomplished by political action for the improvement of justice in our world . The doctrine of the Brazilian scholar seeks to find and suggest, where there is need of this and having regard to particular problematic situations of injustice and that from time need to be fair, the right solution to the problems of contemporary man. In doing so, however, adopt Unger, unlike other scholars, a pragmatic approach aimed, inter alia, to save what is good there is in political systems that currently exist;
- in formulating his theoretical propositions Unger takes a multidisciplinary approach because it serves not only of historical but also the principles dictated by branches of human knowledge rather different from each other (in addition to philosophy, sociology, law, economic policy and political science) although all falling within the scope of the humanities or political ones social.

scholar Brazilian exhibition to be fully aware of the limitations of philosophy and the human capacity to achieve good. Here's how he motivates his personal line of thought:

policy can move these limits, but can be overridden. The consciousness of man's natural harmony denies the full experience. The gap between his individuality and his sociability prevent him from reaching the perfect sympathy. The contrast between the infinite and the finite nature of his aspirations in his life off the concrete universality. His private research of good results in a bitter awareness of the conflict by the fact that sometimes reach an extraordinary vision and quality of everyday life. Her public struggle to achieve the community comes up against the need of organic group to remain a particular association and its need to become a universal association. All of his greatest efforts in this world are condemned to the incompleteness (Knowledge and Politics, p.389).

According to this view as a philosophical man appears to be perpetually in conflict with himself unable to restrain his infinite aspirations always placed in contrast to the concreteness of its very poor, over the existential condition.
's so that, in finding their own shortcomings and those of political action, the man turns to religion as its last resort.

Philosophy can not show us that 'God does exist or that its existence could be a remedy our weaknesses' (Knowledge and Politics, p.393).
always between philosophy and religion and between religion and politics exist reports of such conflict. On the one hand, philosophy is continuous research and reveals the urgent need to explain and demonstrate phenomena that surround the individual and are part of his life to religion and the man asks the resolution of problems that he himself does not is able to solve. On the other hand there is the troubled relationship between politics and religion plus the attempt to dominate and enslavement by both the damage of Philosophy (Knowledge and Policy, p.394).

And philosophy - the philosopher Roberto Unger argues - the most vulnerable and least loved of the three contenders, sometimes responded tit for tat with the woman claiming to be successor of politics and religion. Whenever one of these kinds of speeches has encroached on the territory of others, has corrupted both himself and his victims. For this reason, we must conclude a peace between adversaries with which each other to ensure a certain degree of autonomy and recognize their importance with respect to its objects of interest (ibid.).

The proposal is directed Unger in the sense of cooperation agreed between philosophy, religion and politics and full mutual recognition of equal dignity and validity of the precepts that can be attributed to each of the three contenders. This is to give opportunity to each of them to contribute to the resolution of critical issues that people have the need to resolve satisfactorily. This synergistic relationship between philosophy, politics and religion, among other things, would allow humans to achieve a greater awareness of the problems, in turn, has to face (ibid.).

When you plumb deeply philosophical problems - Unger argues - Finally we come to external borders, namely politics and religion, where the pride of the philosopher is humiliated and come to the fore other kinds of research. When philosophy has reached the truth of which is capable passes in politics and prayer, in politics through which transforms the world by bringing in his presence and giving them what, left to themselves, they could never get (Knowledge and Policy , pp.394-395).

Unger describes the philosophy as one of the ways in which man tries to answer their many questions. Moreover, walked the path, often ineffective with respect to solving everyday problems of philosophical reflection, the men make appeal to political action. This often leads to solutions that improve the condition of the human species on earth. Experience, however, also the shortcomings of political man seeks God ', this behavior inherent to the human being whose research, however, continues

where you must stop thinking and action is powerless. [...] Thus the meditation of God is for man last union of thought and love, love which is thought disembodied from language and returned to its source (Knowledge and Policy, pp.394).

Unger thus closes the book Knowledge and Politics:

But our days pass, and still do not fully know. Why then do you remain silent? Speak, O God (Knowledge and Policy, pp.395).

words, those that underlie the continuing need for man to question and seek refuge in the Divine in the hope of taking action and seeing one day improve their fate and their destiny on earth.

today are in the mood for amarcord and I made a cake that always prepared for the mother of Betty, my classmate in high school.

all the holidays we did this cake was a must, in different versions: smooth, with vanilla or chocolate cream, and jam ....

Today I added chocolate chips to make the breakfast a bit 'more interesting and a goccino of sambuca for flavoring.

Ingredients for base:

250 gr soft butter 250 g sugar

4 or 5 eggs 300 g flour ½ cup milk

a packet of yeast

Work butter and sugar until creamy, add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and half a glass of milk.

dissolve the yeast in a little milk and add the dough to be soft but not soft.

the end I put the chocolate chips and a finger of sambuca for perfuming

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The day after it is made even better!

Teck Deck Worlds Largest Skate Park

theory of the double now, another good debut for the Italian cinema

like to talk about this film debut of filmmaker Giuseppe Capotondi because I feel able to represent with acceptable likelihood some of those pains, hardships and problems of everyday life also practical, and different uncertainties of this our time that anyone can experience in practice. Guido and Sonia are two different people with different goals equally. He, a widower and former cop (police officer who knows why it is not more) that thrives on work and feelings insecure but it shows he wanted to give some certainty and order to their lives (Filippo Timi), she (the beautiful Kseniya Rappoport), a love and a stable 'talent' in particular be able to obtain the money it takes to lead a life of luxury seems to have already come together in an absolutely non-random, as the film reveals towards the end. Hours and double double yellow truth for this sui generis in existential psychology background with a good cast of actors and a very original plot but at times may seem redundant because of the dynamics of a continuous succession of situations quite different from each other even emotionally. The film, which is characterized by a rhythm constantly subjected to changes that may seem excessive shows, overall, as a good test for rookie Capotondi, former advertising director and author of music videos (collaborations, among others, with Shunk Anansie, Spice Girls and Natalie Imbruglia). The double is now a feature film that seems to give good testimony of the now unquestionably and positively reborn in recent years, Italian cinema. Still more convincing is, moreover, the recitation of Filippo Timi (here, often, his eyes weary and disillusioned attitude), talented actor in the limelight a few years recently in another eye-catching good movie very Italian (Win) of that great period of the 'middle' of the history of Our cinema is Marco Bellocchio. To see.

David Foster Wallace - A more critical eye focused on Roberto Mangabeira Unger

I read, one after another, the books of American writer David Foster Wallace, former nerd with a brilliant academic career behind him became, within a few years, a cult author, and I can not do without, in regret, to move me. Author absolutely brilliant perhaps, as repeatedly argued, really the best of his generation, Wallace was the most acute observer of the American way of life in recent years (and reflecting the lifestyle incancrenitosi long established and in all countries of the Western world) up ambitious and meticulous beyond belief (his work, essays or prose there is no difference, are full of descriptive and explanatory notes to the text to the last detail), Wallace shows in his work sarcastic, bitterly disillusioned, deep knowledge of human psychology and social. Author of books which brings out the multiplicity of his interests ranging from mathematical logic, medicine, biology and political economy, so amazing uses the language specific to these fields of human knowledge, but I think what matters most is that Wallace is the author of a literature through which allows us to share your horror at a lot of what we often have these dark times , an infinite number of situations typically exposed human detail, often paradoxical situations but never or hardly far-fetched, anguish of contemporary life, hypocrisy and transgression carried out by its characters, and increasingly common situation of extreme of depersonalization in which the relationships between individuals pay today. It is a sort of novella Comedy Humaine, the work Foster Wallace. It 'an eye constantly and critically focused on the system, its. That of David Foster Wallace is always a literature on the border with philosophical speculation, with sociology, anthropology and psychoanalysis and is populated by absurd characters and plenty of different psychological types in which he carefully manages to identify himself and is a way of writing, her, by which he shows his incredible ability to be ironic and sometimes firmly and irresistibly comic. Infinite Jest, probably the greatest masterpiece Foster Wallace, Fernanda Pivano of American literature that he meant, he said: 'This extraordinary book has changed the structure, language usage in narrative irony '(1). On what was the vision of the world of Wallace and his characters, the story reported in a recent article by Armando Massarenti:

'This is the only water is his speech with a moral-pedagogical intent. E 'was held in 2005 to the young graduates of Kenyon College (Ohio) and is a little gem of practical philosophy. It starts with the following story: . This is the worldview of the characters of Wallace. I am so damn taken with themselves that they have lost sight of the world. They are like fish swimming in quell'esasperato 'natural self-centredness' in which all are immersed without being able to see '(2).

David Foster Wallace, who was born in upstate New York in 1962, died (his body was found hanged at his home in California) in 2008.

first experience with yeast

For some 'blogs I read in the procedures for creating home-baking natural, but I never tried because the procedure is too long.

Recently I was kindly donated the dough at this point there were no more excuses ....

I started Friday night with the first party, leaving the dough in the oven all night in the company of two inches of water and some raisin. Then I started making my first bread making a collage several suggestions in the network.

I must say that I was a little 'fear of ruining everything because I realized that the dough is cared for as a child.

I used 400 grams of flour and 100 grams of dough, a little 'oil and a handful of salt.

That's what you see is the result. It 's a bit pale but good, very suitable for bruschetta.

At the next attempt will put a little 'sugar to eliminate the light sour taste (but just slightly).

Community Service Hours Letter Court Ordered

system: the philosopher of a new theoretical left

(Rio de Janeiro, 1947), jurist, sociologist and legal philosopher begins his studies university degree in law in Brazil, a country which he left in 1970 to move to the United States, at Harvard University. Here, then, completes his studies and was appointed Professor of Law.
Unger stands a very young age as an activist and theorist giving life starting in the late sixties to the current of thought that recognizes the so-called Critical Legal Studies. In recent years, Unger has also embraced the way of active politics by joining the progressive of the government of his country of origin.
Unger develops his theory as early as his book Knowledge and politics that sees the light in the first half of the seventies (1975, the Italian translation of the book was published in Italy in 1983) of the last century.
The peculiarities of the thought of Unger appear due to a variety of factors, two of which are absolute relief. The first is that he is the author of a doctrine that seems to have, at least in the first instance and with reference to the objectives pursued, that's very utopian and perhaps even, as stated in the commentary published in The New York Times back cover the Italian edition of his latest book, What Should the proposed left? (2005) of 'visionary', but it certainly is a driving and relentless critical to the system and its liberal aspects not shared. In his latest work Unger is also responsible for the consequences of liberal policies of most immediate perception of the people, such as those related to real economic forces that in developed countries and those in development made have not yet achieved (in the case of Brazil, a country of origin Unger), prevent the achievement of a more acceptable level of justice and democracy. Unger tackles the problem of justice by making a theoretical proposition or, as it would be better to say, and moreover, he argues, a 'sketch' non-normative theoretical rather than a doctrinal expression accomplished.
The second reason for the originality of the philosophical theses ungeriane can be found in some of the leading ideas that he advocates a political and philosophical level with particular force in his most recently translated in our country under the title Democracy high energy - a manifesto for the left the twenty-first century. It 'a real' fourth way ', the one proposed by the Brazilian scholar in the book just mentioned, an alternative not only to the' old 'opposing political systems represented by socialism and liberalism but also in relation to systems' mixed', now widespread species West of the developed countries. Mixed systems and social democracy are a moment of synthesis that under a purely ideological is characterized not belong neither to the political vision of socialism nor endorsed by the liberalism and its inability to ensure adequate levels of justice in countries which have still political systems on the political synthesis ideologies are founded.
In the first part of Unger's Knowledge and policy articulates a complex, tight and well-argued critique of the liberal system, in particular the Brazilian philosopher addresses issues that are brought back to the liberal doctrine and psychology. In the second part, he outlines a theory that explains how it behaves a hypothetical community whose operating principles rest on fundamental concepts of personality and society, everything in order to explain the work later in the importance of interaction between men, mutual understanding and participation for each other as essential elements that help to finally overcome the contradictions and conflicts that exist between individual personality and society, between individual interests and collective interests.
In his latest work of Harvard scholar composed a mosaic of concrete proposals that aim to suggest a series of measures to promote economic development compatible with social inclusion, the establishment of a 'high-energy democracy' that is able to facilitate rapprochement of politics to the people and achieve higher levels of security and social cohesion. In such a context of reciprocity and human relationships that lead to mutual participation for the purposes of others are the glue of all the elements put in by the author and one of the factors core of the system proposed by Unger. Unger
assigns a central role in this new kind of humanism understood as an indispensable factor in providing the moral support that is essential to the resolution of the conflicts that characterize the social life within contemporary political societies.
the light of some of the most important writings of Brazilian philosopher now seems less justified than ever, the liberal hegemony - in the capitalist world, especially since it is the most varied contexts in which it appears to be dominant, has proved unsustainable, as well as incapable to take care of the existence and happiness of people.
Thought Unger was the object of several attempts to 'classification' and from time to time pulled a philosophical school policies also very different. It seems that a further demonstration of how inarticulate, universal and really alternative may seem today, the thought of Unger, therein lies perhaps the reasons for the growing interest has developed recently around his work.
Gianni Vattimo, who has written an interesting commentary on the direction taken by the Brazilian philosopher in his latest book, Democracy at high energy - a manifesto for the left of the twenty-first century, associates the thought of the philosopher to the current Brazilian in the afterword neopragmatismo while at the same volume, Massimiliano Unger Panarari includes among thinkers 'civic-political', name by which he defines the group of scholars which should be attributed to the 'massive' return of philosophy to social and political themes heard much in recent years.
Meanwhile, a prominent scholar like Richard Rorty expresses the view that unlike the thinking that characterize highly polemical authors such as Foucault and Derrida's thought Unger rather than deconstruction tends to improve gradually, not traumatic, aimed to 'build with what we already have '.
deserves to be mentioned also the opinion of Cornel West, who in 1998 Unger published the book: 'The future of American progressivism: an initiative for Political and Economic Reform '. West, a well-known African-American radical intellectual in the United States, places the 'experimentation emancipatory' Unger midway between the thought of John Dewey and that of Antonio Gramsci. Cornel West writes that the point of view of Unger can be defined as the most complex case of 'third way' romance of the left that now moves across the board compared to the Western liberal intelligentsia.

knowledge and politics is the most significant and best known of Unger, which contains the theoretical foundations and key concepts that characterize the thinking of Brazilian philosopher and author will be developed in various directions and fields in his later works.
E 'the same Unger explains that very effectively, in a short note placed at the start of volume and intent that he aims to achieve with its study:

Writing this essay was an act of hope. The essay points out a kind of thought and society that does not exist yet and may never exist. Therefore, the work is a sketch that the complete expression of a doctrine. Can not claim to be the formulation of a metaphysical or a discussion of concrete problems. Instead of seeking to complete a task but perhaps less ambitious priorities: to understand the context within which ideas and feelings should be practiced today, the philosophy and politics.

Having cleared the field with respect to possible mistakes and misunderstandings that may be subject to his theory emphasizing the element of 'provisional theory', Unger is quick to highlight the true objective of his study: to show the scope in which today the political and philosophical discussions that concern can and must move. Precisely this seems to be one of the greatest merits of this scholar, who always seems to focus on research of new political theory courses.

different and very concrete proposals for change made by Roberto Unger for the creation of an alternative political-economic program aimed at triggering, developing countries that supposedly should do it right, a process of growth with social inclusion:

1) Must be adequately stimulated the development of macroeconomic policies that allow developing countries to approach the market economy and the global dynamics provided that the political outlook in these countries to ensure growth based on social inclusion.

2) The system of government has a duty to equip individuals in an appropriate manner and focused in terms of education. In regard to the proposal made by Unger is the following: the main

responsibility for education in a democracy, both in rich countries than in poor ones, must be to provide individuals with the ability to act and think in the present, the existing situation, and at the same time provide the means to overcome the present situation .

In terms of specific content that should characterize education, the Brazilian philosopher expresses the idea that education should

establishing a set of general ability and prepare the mind to engage in a culture based on experience. Regarding the attitude of the class system, it must deepen and bring out the contradiction between class and meritocracy, rather than stifle it.

For Unger that means everything to provide support aimed at encouraging and advancing and developing, especially within the universe of youth, talent and capacity for initiative.
3) progressives, even in developing countries should adopt or promote policies that promote, at institutional, economic innovations designed to:
a) facilitate access to credit by extending it to wider segments of the population;
b ) to allow an increase in the possibility, by everyone, use of technology;
c) broaden the opportunities to acquire higher levels of capacity professional.
policy that the Left should propose the future should be, according to the terminology used by Unger, "in creating the institutions of a democracy with a high energy value."

addition, the design of a new institutional order should include the provision of practical measures to promote democratic participation and political participation of citizens who can truly be called such. According to this institutional design, the reorganization of the social context is based on the 'nearness' of the apparatus of the policy to the people, represented by the political parties and organized collective movements, in fact, should have the ability to channel these the energy that people are naturally equipped with its access to mass media and the campaign financing as we know it today, in this part of Unger's book refers to countries in the developing world but the problem, as is evident, it is universally felt, may not be through the use of private resources, electoral competition should instead be funded with public resources and that, at least in theory, should make the candidates for political office less vulnerable to the power of the various lobbies that exert constant pressure on them and in general of the party machinery to support their candidacy.
policy should be active sufficiently encouraged by institutional reforms designed ad hoc Unger provides a good example of what it means to make 'presentable' and worth talking about turning the active policy of direct elections of a strong president: it may serve to undermine and revoke the agreements links between political groups and economic benefit of greater transparency and respect for political decisions more consistent with the needs and desires of the electorate.
Further policy proposals to which the left should be the bearer should strive for freedom to experiment with alternative management methods to be applied to certain sectors of the economy or in particular areas of country. According to the Brazilian philosopher,

local governments or the network of activities and social organizations should be enabled to dissociate themselves from the dominant solutions, as long as doing so does not create a system of dependency and oppression from which their members may not be removed easily .

E ', here, the clear intent of our philosopher to adopt solutions that avert restrictions on human freedom, which would also be contrary to the principle advocated by the same Unger for greater democratization of a market that should be characterized mainly by increased' inclusiveness' in respect of the weaker classes. As in
'Knowledge and Politics', Democracy in the high-energy Unger gives the individual a more extensive role and a responsibility for the construction of a democracy that has value is truly innovative. Proposals by the Brazilian philosopher taken further steps with respect to the ideals of the left and progressives generally democratic but in fact unable to differentiate the liberal-conservative policy proposals. The revolutionary thought of grease can also be captured in the assertion that the individual "must be the holder of a basic package of rights and benefits completely independent of the work they do." According to Unger, the individual should be allowed a certain amount of resources provided by the public sector, with which to address particular situations of their lives that require the availability of economic resources beyond ordinary (think buying a house, to pay the costs related to education, incurring expenses of starting a business, etc.).. In this way, according to the Brazilian scholar

The family assets, attributable to a few, would then be gradually replaced by a social heritage, open to all. Furthermore, it should create a special area in the executive, given the means to intervene on specific organizations or practices rooted special conditions of disadvantage and exclusion to which the individual is unable to escape by whatever means it generally has at its disposal, namely the political and economic activity.

measures, those proposed by Unger, whose practical application would require, in more than one case, the subversion of the cultural parameters that we have always been accustomed.

ATAC in Rome and the tickets in time

15.00 a day in mid-May 2009: look at Piazza Venezia, Rome, 271 towards the Olympic Stadium. I arrived at 14.45 and now are 15.00. I will go to 15.30, very strange because the bus did not go. I'm going to take away the Plebiscite where shortly thereafter on 30, Clodius direction.

July 2, 2009 15:00: ditto. Usually arrives, the usual expectation, usually not passed. This time I take on a Plebiscite for 70 in the direction of Clodius. The

271, this bus ghost ...
Times site says this:
Departures from the terminus of Sao Paulo at
14:07, 14:27, 14:47, 15.08, 15.30, 15:52.
Then a bus that comes rarely, but it should pass. But no: he would have to pass that of that of the 14:47 or 14:27, even that of 15.08. But no, I'm not gone from 14:43 until 15:33, which as I know. Then I'm gone but I was certainly fled, mentally exhausted by the expectation of ca. 50 minutes (in one working day).

One difference however between the two days there. In May I had the card, a ticket on time in July. And hand in hand they passed the minutes risked having to pay another. So I ask the ATAC can expect to deliver the tickets in time if you then have its bus schedules, so to speak, very eccentric and very respectful of their time schedules to travel? And what can I do? We can make a better report for this? I think it's an abuse. Who wants to give me or can give me an answer? If any major newspaper to help me I would go to the bottom of this story in town because mobility is a right, especially if you deliver a ticket time!

Blotaed After Ingenial Hernia Repair

The Management and the old: The second part

Unlike Xenophon, Plato on economic issues remains close to the positions of Socrates, that chrematistics and economy "activities are unworthy of the philosopher and perhaps even an honest man" [1] ; opposed to the thought of Socrates Xenophon the idea that in terms of increases in assets "not only you will be limited in the choice of means but also the extent of gain."
considerations just described are also beliefs that arise in a manner consistent with the fundamental characteristic of Socratic thinking: Socrates was in fact to focus on, first, and perhaps more than any other, his research on humans and on the ethical aspects of 'human existence. In the Platonic dialogue
Apology of Socrates, the philosopher puts it this way:

"or anything else in truth I do with my going around if you do not persuade you, young and old, not the body you have neither wealth nor care what someone else first and that the soul, she becomes a good and virtuous, and that wealth comes not from virtue, but by virtue of wealth created and all the other things that are goods for men as well as individual citizens to the state " [2] .
Commenting on the words of Socrates has been handed down by Plato said that "while the sophistry to assert the centrality of the individual as social and political actors, Socrates believes that the public aspect of human life rather than be dependent on the ethical: to make a man a good citizen and a good politician needs to be done he a good man, only then can establish a fruitful relationship with its citizens and commit to the good of the community " [3] . A virtuous
management of your own home, exactly where we are limited in their choice of means and with respect to the measure of gain for Socrates seems to be the starting point for good that can subsequently lead to the proper achievement of the virtuous man, in ways that can be the most varied, the good of the community.
As regards, however, Plato, he inserts into a single science, the science director, "an accumulation of knowledge that are reported to the government, politics, the economy, namely the science of ruling the home and family and the government of slaves, assuming that everything between the family and the city there were no differences in the structure of the organization, but only in size [4] .
The arguments of Aristotle's economic position is far more detailed than that of Plato.
fact, Aristotle gives a definition of what is professed former economics, but at the same time uses the concept of oikonomia in ways closer to common usage " [5] .
He first uses the term oikonomia in discussions aimed to demonstrate that all behavior Humans are driven towards an end.
In Aristotle, the oikonomia, a discipline that concerns the good of the family, is inserted under the various definitions of wisdom that he proposes, is the wisdom, in his view, ability to make good laws (political wisdom "legislator" , that over all), ability to take individual decisions (political wisdom, simply), and to take good decisions (political wisdom "judicial") [6] . At a lower level than the political wisdom, the wisdom of Aristotle puts "domestic" (oikonomia), which, as we have said many times, has to do with the good the family and with the wisdom that regards the single [7] .
Ultimately, the ability to act well is intended to Aristotle, respectively, about their city (political wisdom) of his family (economic wisdom) and themselves (wisdom itself) " [8] . **

classical values, namely all the information on the nature and human behavior, in theory and practice, handed down from ancient greek-roman, may be considered - and so on are in fact considered by many - as tools through which to interpret our civilization, our society and our history.
no coincidence that as early as the end of the 800, thought and history of ancient Greece have been subject to reinterpretation, and sometimes subverted, just as full of instances recognized that they could be staked in the contemporary world.
The myth of the Greek world is rediscovered, reassessed and somehow "transformed", because it was considered useful for a redefinition of those years characterized not only by war but also by continuous innovation and critical social, political, economic, scientific , technological [9] . As noted by Salvatore
Settis [10] , "Antiquity was intended as a reservoir of exempla in the Middle Ages [...]. But the enormous vitality, ethics and politics, before history, the model 'classic' implicit in those exempla then had the effect of reinforcing the notion that the 'classic', since it was good to be mentioned, also had to be per se interesting to know, and in the long run to bring the knowledge of ancient greek-roman in the spotlight, rekindling dell'exemplum history through a return to the texts and monuments. [...] E 'should be concluded by stating that, even in a "global" as envisaged above, the' classic 'greek-roman retains at least, than any other historical culture, a feature unique and unrepeatable, which makes it all the more necessary knowledge to understand not only the long time of history, but also the building blocks of modern civilization, especially the European tradition "And again:" it is worth studying the 'classic' greek-roman precisely in shuttling between identity and otherness, and that is why we feel it is 'our', and because we recognize 'different' from us, both as it is intrinsic to Western culture and essential to understanding it, both because it opens the door to study and understand the cultures of the 'other'; tank and because of values in which we can still recognize us, both for what it has irretrievably alien " [11] .
On a similar line of reference to classical culture, and humanities, a group of scholars who, in a paper published in October 2004 [12] proposed the founding of the lines called humanistic management, took advantage of the growing need also consider the phenomena related to business organization and business economy of less rigid criteria and especially the second point of view tend to prefer more interaction with organizational realities of the increasingly complex environmental situations through reading a "humanist" the context in which the organization operates (a type of reading that is just making it increasingly necessary, since the organizational systems "scientific" are judged less appropriate in order to correctly interpret the complexity of our time and more than ever, you want to add, in order to understand and to govern situations, always uneven, complex beyond all limits for the simultaneous presence of social, ethnic, religious, technological, economic, etc., which constitute the field of action privileged of government in such situations has to perform a myriad of services to the community of contributors).
seems appropriate to clarify immediately that you are dealing with a contribution that, for the editors own admission in the foreword to the book, has "no scientific pretense in the classic sense" [13] .
the contrary, the ambition would seem the opposite, since the intention of the authors is to "achieve a similar end product, not to a 'paradigm', but rather to a script play, a musical score, a novel crowded of characters " [14] .
The stated purpose by the authors is in fact, to show how the rationality should not necessarily make reference to a body of knowledge it remains banned from the future, but instead allows us to "open-mindedness, individual self-analysis and reflection, coupled with the ability to continually find original solutions, through a manic attention to context: what is outside. In Plato's Parmenides is perfectly captures the difference between a routine eye gaze and sees " [15] . The reference to the work
Plato seems, even in the context of a publication of socio-economic enterprise which is considered particularly interesting, if true, it is true that the contemporary world and society need not only to each skills and knowledge of different types, but also skills and multi-disciplinary meta-indestructible and adaptability: ability derived from that particular talent that is able to interpret and "read" key is always different, but more appropriately, what surrounds us and learn to live with awareness the context in which it is immersed.
In a very complex way, but in itself highly suggestive, in Plato's Parmenides Parmenides says that the One (the variety and extent inconsistent with the continuous change with respect to space and time)

"will not be similar or dissimilar, or Other than, or in relation to himself " [16] .

and that in fact:

"to the viewer away from a framework, all the elements appear together, with the same character and therefore similar. [...] But who will show many different approaches, and this image of a different nature and diversity appear dissimilar to themselves " [17] .

What Plato says is justified by the fact that Parmenides judged to be the single, homogeneous and multiplicity, or the differences that can be found between such things as falling within the scope of appearance, that is deception of the senses. This one
no differences, that is unique and homogeneous, it comes from Parmenides conceived as a finite and limited on all sides, "therefore, as the One of Xenophanes, is similar to a 'well-rounded ball'" [18] .
Jean Paul Dumont wrote here that "the historians of philosophy founded appreciation of the thought as Parmenides thought that excludes the inconsistency and contradiction and thus defines the only possible rule of human knowledge. The knowledge revealed to be an intelligible, no past, no future, no vacuum " [19] .
Another element which the authors of the "manifesto" is a reference, and which helps to indicate the "specific intellectual affiliation" [20] of those who conceived it, is the inspiration and also to culture and thought of classical Greece as a place which led to the love of beauty and art, that for the good things and the pleasures of life: all the elements that characterize the nature of Mediterranean peoples that have always been distinguished for their genius and their vitality, their spirit, "pointing to an ideal of Epicurean happiness of the moment." [21]
Only from these brief references that are made, we understand how the coupling to the "classic" is linked mainly with the creativity and vitality that you would like to introduce in the management of all types of organization with the desired mode of development of production processes and, equally, with the motivations that lead to innovate and improve products to be sold on the market, and the redefinition of knowledge management .
E 'in such a context of demands and problems which, not coincidentally, is the study and appreciation of classical authors, the rediscovery of humanistic thinking and the old one, the revival of the values in ancient cultures, especially those Greek, over the centuries have made carriers.
E 'has been rightly argued that "it is from Greek philosophy, in fact, that we have learned what issues deserve first to attract the attention of the spirit tended to seize, under cover mobile and the mutant face of things, the essence that is the truth, and still is from Greek philosophy that we have learned the precepts of virtue that our civilization has been able to focus and, finally, in his heart that our classical humanism has its most vigorous roots [22] .
Recently it was stated that "the new products, how to communicate the meaning and vision, not produced by a process of incremental innovation, radical innovation, but organized by an opening. Which in turn depends on a culture and a corporate structure designed to facilitate the expression, testing and implementation of ideas " [23] .
We live in the constant perception of change and the multiple, you "consume" ideas at unprecedented speed, it creates and destroys in a few moments: and all this in such a way that is easy to demonstrate that the prospect of undertaking spectrum of action of the government not only require more work methods more or less experienced and / or judged effective, however, this prospect is no longer sufficient to determine the basic culture through which human subjects should be filtered and develop a systematic learning sector.
E ', however, as alleged, "a question of values" [24] , values which are not ends in themselves but they also have the difficult task of learning, on a single organizational entity, "a popular the automatic and expert systems that is based on modern production system, jamming the mechanical operation, irresponsible " [25] and putting" system "elements among them are very different," Aristophanes and the last software, lives Plutarch's Parallel and management of human resources, the Odyssey and the development of a new product for a new market, the Republic Plato and the vision of a company " [26] or an apparatus that operates public virtue. References
, as we see, yet authoritatively that the ancients were able to extend their voice and their wisdom to us, the main actors of this era of knowledge.

Epson Salt Soak Good For Swollen Pregnant Feet?

management and old - part

There are several writings of philosophers of ancient Greece that have more or less intimate connections and / or aspects of similarity with economics, business culture and the executive, the science of the organization today.
This statement must not appear as forced or paradoxical, it is true that, as claimed by Carlo Natali, whereas the anthropological and political interests of the ancient philosophers and among them, in particular, those of Plato and Aristotle, "you can put together their ideas 'economic', distributed under licenses as' possessions and property ',' barter ',' the market ',' need ',' currency '' distribution ',' trade ',' rich and poor ',' alienation ',' the chrematistics', and so on " [1] .
is meant by "chrematistics" nothing but the science of an economic nature concerning the achievement and wealth management.
Certainly, the writings of ancient economic argument can hardly say the scientific management, since they do not systematically and consistently link each other but, according to the analysis conducted by Carlo Natali, remain "detached investigations, conceptual connections without precisely determinable only externally related development due to a foreign look" [2] .
however, when properly contextualized in the period in which they were developed, such writings retain their undeniable historical, political and economic interest that we see so much more motivated if you succeed, the Christmases yet to comment to that effect, to "locate them in conceptual space of their own, without being influenced by economic thought later, or to research advances, impairments or with too hasty " [3] .
The arguments are economic in nature, antiquity (sixth and fifth centuries BC) bound by the terms "oikonomos", "oikonomia", and similar.
of these terms are used to indicate "the management of the house by his wife, as his private domain" [4] .
Their use can be found also in later times, Aristotle in fact uses it in the policy to testify to the existence of a specific "oikonomia" female

"the administration too household is different in men and women, that man's job is to buy, the other keep " [5] .

However, the old becomes oikonomia, for readers and scholars of today, a practical science with the work of Xenophon and the economy. [6]
This letter, although they constitute a text often despised by the critics, who accused him of inconsistencies, contradictions and social ingenuity " [7] , received high esteem in antiquity, where it seems to be regarded as "The main manual administration of the house" [8] .
The economy is described by Xenophon as a virtue that is the result of an organic and rational knowledge.
Such a set of knowledge, it is not simply the result of an inherent positive quality, it seems also be acquired through experience.
According to the disciple of Socrates are part of that discipline the art of governing the house well, whereby the good steward produce the wealth needed to sustain the costs of administration, also achieving a financial surplus, the art that allows the good administrator to know how to govern the slaves and to lead a good relationship with his wife and their children, the art which implies the ability of those who manages to keep the furniture ordered and "find a good building to live" [9] . Current
, or rather, the adaptability of our time is the definition senofontea handheld: beyond terminology and concepts (limited to the narrow confines of home and family) used in the ancient text, one can reasonably assume a certain bijection between the need to manage a virtuous family heritage and to manage public resources properly, and is, in other words, can detect a certain similarity between the administration of the house and the broader context of management of a public organization or business ; matches, for example, could be identified between the 'set organic knowledge "in relation to the management of the house and the science of the organization and / or business economics, and coincidences of meaning can be grasped between the senofontee" virtue is not simply innate "and those who today give rise to managerial skills acquired with knowledge not only economic but also relational and legal, technological, social, and so on. According to Enrico Berti
the word economy (from the greek: oikos, home, family and nomos, law) as we understand the ancient Greeks, signifies the "administration of the house", while the modern meaning attributed to it the more extensive " administration wealth "refers to entities within larger companies such as (but not the Berti specifically mentions) or even the State [10] .
By the considerations of the scholar cited and taken the company, including the public, such a comparison today, we could now well understand the expression the 'art of governing the house well "in the sense of ability in the direction of a general organization or corporate governance, the concept of "producing the wealth needed to pay the costs of administration and achieve a surplus" we could replace the regular achievement of enterprise revenue in order to allow the same costs are incurred while providing useful to the entrepreneur in relation to "find a good building to live, finally, give it the meaning of" identify in a strategic way and not the center of the random business and the company's base. "
E 'perhaps for this reason that, as claimed by Carlo Natali, "some contemporary Xenophon affected by the insistence of the organizational skills of the owner, have decided to make' economic 's ancestor of the manuals of business management" [ 11] .
E 'hardly necessary to point out that the pure simple transpositions ancient-modern, public-private partnerships, etc.. should be made keeping in mind that the work senofontea "focuses the reader's attention on one aspect of the good host second Xenophon, to the detriment of others: knowing how to dominate others is inseparable from knowing how to control themselves, and the purpose of all this is more efficient but a more noble life " [12] .
In any case, the assets, which we mentioned above, together with others, constitute, together, we now consider typical occupations of management.

Famosas Follando En Movies

Materials : Kutiman: a creative enterprise

"To acquire fame do not need to be a character known; to become a musician does not need to know the secrets of the staff, to record an album there is also no longer need a recording studio. Just sifting through the web. But in this creative anarchy can also germinate the seed company focused on engineering staff.
Ophir Kutiel is a talented Israeli composer of 27 years, who signed with the rules of art Kutiman . Yet his site has seen a dramatic leap of access, eventually even out of order. In just seven days online Kutiman space has been visited by more than one million people only to hear the musical experiment of Kutiman. Instead of playing, Kutiman chose to arrange the recorded sounds of other players online on Youtube. So he composed seven songs without having written a single note. That is why his project is called "Through You , through you, through all that. It is not just a remix. Kutiman drew hundreds of samples of guitar, bass, drums, synthesizers, harps and even a cash register - all in the form of video. He then poured into one video each piece of video that plays a certain sound. The result is that each video as well as a melodic sequence, is also a series of scenes where the sound is performed each time by a different musician. The video is where staff have become like a visual instead of notes and sounds are displayed their authors. In fact, the welcome message is clear: "what you see is what you hear."
Kutiman becoming a musician who does not play, but creatively reuses the sounds of other musicians. From the young mother who sings a tune with the baby in her arms until the street musician or band in a pub. Can see new, impressive way to share user-generated content. There is only sharing the social management of content as it travels between the major online spaces. The growth in the shared content together with the presence of large centers encounter such as Youtube and Facebook allow to experiment with more creative ways of sharing, such as Kutiman. Users have already transformed from spectators in the content authors. Now go into a kind of orchestra opened online, without notice and without a score following the baton of a conductor. By sharing the common composition. The next step would be not only to apply the method of Kutiman other artistic genres, such as photography and painting - but allow each user to create mash-ups that create personal uninterrupted cycles of social participation and personal creation.
Therein lies the heart of the matter: not just fun. Kutiman can be considered another pioneer of the creative "Creative entrepreneurship", which reverses the traditional models. The creative process destroys the utility and heavy equipment antiquated organizational cages still the inspiration of an artist once encapsulated within a major label - to stay in the example Kutiman. Comes into play the dark side consists of the royalties, which could crush this kind of creative enterprise if it is not detached from the bonds of a legal system compatible with the spark of creativity and the nature of the web. The natural question emerges: the work of Kutiman be considered original or derived from other works? Perhaps the answer lies in this line of reasoning, close and go head to start with a new logic. The style of funk and indie Kutiman all'idealtipo is not congenial to the entrepreneur.
