Leak Clear Fluid Before Period

Not to beat the ice cream ...

... you must turn in garnets and yogurt sorbet and seasonal fruits.

I read this tip in an interesting article on Io Donna, Corriere della Sera insert .

The book, given by Catherine Calabrese , food technology, and Giorgio Calabrese, professor of nutrition, replied to a letter from a reader who, due to the heat, could not help but eat ice cream every day.

These two experts suggest you try some healthy alternatives to ice cream to combat the heat: Prepare for example freezing of garnets and mix water and lemon juice, yogurt or pureed fruit or a few drops of lemon juice to prevent browning.

For now I tried with the watermelon, which I whipped together a little 'lemon juice, frozen in molds and then Rifrullo dose to produce a kind of slush.

course no sugar, or nothing but blood glucose under control.

The result was very satisfactory, partly because the watermelon was starting to very sweet.

The next experiment will be with a nice melon and then with the yogurt.

So this way we should be able to find the trade-off between taste and morality test. ... Although a good ice cream every now and we certainly will not do to miss, otherwise it is summer ?????

Best Way To Tie A Bandana Snowboarding

Stuffed Tomatoes Fresh Fresh

What do to escape the city heat?

The other day I prepared a roasted sea bass and in the meantime I boiled beans as a side dish, practically suicidal because I had to turn the air conditioner For obvious reasons of energy conservation.

hunger is low, but something has to eat. So go-ahead to all that is cold or that requires very little cooking.

are looking for fresh and delicious dishes, any suggestion is welcome!

For now I propose that these stuffed tomatoes are not just for the presence of light mayonnaise and eggs, but they are certainly beautiful fresh. The next time I try to put them ricotta or cream cheese instead of mayonnaise. The doses are

eye ...

more or less for 4 stuffed tomatoes:

4 firm tomatoes (I used the salad tomato) 2 cans

those big tuna (160 g) (I used those in oil but will certainly be more natural light)

capers anchovies to taste as desired

mayonnaise to taste 3 eggs

remove the cover to , and hollow. Let them upside down on a plate to drain.

Meanwhile, prepare the eggs.

in a blender put the drained tuna, anchovies, capers, eggs cooled (via hold 4 slices of eggs for decoration) and mayonnaise.

fill with stuffing tomatoes.

put in the fridge for half an hour
