gnocchi is made with new potatoes first, I thought venisero not good and yet have succeeded better than I expected.
dumplings I've served with two different sauces, the first I did it with
eggplant. I did suffer with an oil, garlic and onion, pepper and eggplant in my vegetable garden are also of my garden, cut into cubes and put in first macerate. After that I added fresh tomatoes and basil. I did cook a little. When the dumplings were ready I sautéed them with a knob of butter and fresh grain.
These are the dumplings with minced meat sauce .....
