Ingredients for 4:
320 gr spaghetti,
300 g asparagus (previously boiled),
5 tablespoons of grated cheese (I use wheat),
A pinch of black pepper, parsley
(second tastes),
garlic or shallots,
oil
salt.
Procedure:
While you cook the spaghetti in a pan put oil, shallot, finely chopped, and cook it a few seconds and add the asparagus and a pinch of salt and black pepper, and brown them well We add a little water to cook pasta.
As soon as the pasta is al dente, drain and pour over asparagus, if you need to add some more boiling water, add chopped parsley, grated cheese, mix well and make the dish is ready.
