Through the presentation and commentary of some passages of ancient authors, it can give some concrete example of what philosophy old is able to provide values \u200b\u200band cognitive tools and analysis that promote a positive approach to problems that have been recalled.
We would like to convey with this paper, while seeking to prove the validity of a personal conviction that the philosophy of the ancients, as part of waiver that should be part of the property rights of everyone, is really an added value, so to speak, that allows individuals and organizations, in particular enterprises and the public as a separate organizational entity composed of a multitude of individuals, not to be so passive that comes from the surrounding reality, but to interpret and living consciously change and multiplicity.
It will consider the ancient philosophical thought and sometimes necessary as a possible source of inspiration for those who intend to govern the organization in such activity by applying the principles of a new management culture, which more effectively and allows awareness to cope with changes and to characters of high complexity that characterize our time.
We will try to show the reader how to manage with the humanities can be public or private organizations, as well as desirable, and that the contribution made by the ancient thought to the elaboration of an ethical vision and "meridian" [2] management company, that is not monolithic, centralized and closed against the external environment (characteristics, such that still characterize much of the government of our country) is not negligible.
