Here are some of the dishes I prepared lunch on Easter Sunday, we begin a co appetizer with mushrooms, then baked lasagna, chops and desserts Pasquali typical. The photos are all there for lack of time! So enjoy these recipes ....
Mushrooms Baked
Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Olive oil Salt Black pepper
parsley white wine
pepper (to taste)
Procedure:
Clean the mushrooms, slice them not too thin, put them in acidulated water (With lemon juice). Drain and put them on 2 strips of aluminum foil.
Add oil, salt, chopped parsley, red pepper and white wine.
Close with 2 strips of aluminum foil and bake for about an hour.
Champignons Fried
Ingredients:
Champignons 1Kg
Farina qb
breadcrumbs qb
Eggs 2
chopped parsley salt, pepper and oil for frying
Procedure:
As mentioned above for the baked mushrooms, clean the mushrooms, slice them not too thin, and put them in acidulated water (with lemon juice), then drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Now move the mushrooms in the flour,
prezemo then in beaten egg along with salt and pepper
finally pass them through the breadcrumbs.
Now fry in hot oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and are now ready to be enjoyed.
